Nir and his wonderful team came to us to conduct an Italian cooking workshop for the employees. The workshop was perfect in all aspects. Nir and the team organized the place in an exemplary and professional manner. They arrived equipped down to the smallest detail, with quality raw materials. Thank you to Nir Shabtai from the "NS - Culinary Experience" team, for a powerful private workshop! And it started with raising a glass with fine wines, went on to make pasta dough from scratch, snacks of focaccia and seasonings, and finally we opened an Italian table properly, while cooking the pastas right in our home living room. Nir came to us for Nir's pasta workshop and it was amazing! We had a blast and it was super delicious. There is a very pleasant balance between practical work and a celebratory chef's dinner. Highly recommend and waiting to book the pizza workshop!

The sweetest workshop there is, thank you very much to the NS team - a culinary experience, who came to our kibbutz, and gave a chocolate workshop to form the kibbutz youth, took care of all the equipment and raw materials. We learned to temper, create pralines from scratch, truffles and lots of other chocolate candies. Highly recommend to all chocolate lovers :)

There is not and will not be such a workshop! I did not believe I would be able to work with yeast, and bake professional breads in my home oven. The tips, techniques, understanding of the raw materials and thinking about the small details. Many thanks to Nir Shabtai, the head chef of "NS - Culinary Experience", for out-of-this-world service, professionalism and creativity in every problem he encounters. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to specialize in home cooking, thank you very much.
