Registration Regulations and Cancellation Policy for Culinary Workshops and Events Registration Regulations:
A. Registration for workshops requires advance payment in order to secure your place and prepare the materials needed for the workshop.
B. Opening and holding the workshop is conditional on a minimum of 6 participants.
C. It is recommended to arrive with comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and hair tied back.
D. Supervision and inspection of the kosher system: The business is supervised by the Tzohar Rabbinical Organization and has an appropriate certificate.
E. Food sensitivity: The workshop complex is not a sterile area free from allergens, and may contain substances such as: gluten, nuts, soy, and more.
Additionally, during the cooking and baking in the workshop, raw ingredients that are not listed in the recipes are also used.
If a workshop participant is known to have an allergy to a specific type of food, the workshop director must be informed at the time of registration.
Adjustments to the recipes will not be possible during the workshop itself.
F. It is possible to divide into groups, with each group being responsible for preparing some of the workshop dishes.
G. Participation by a participant under the age of 14 requires adult accompaniment.
H. The activity is not suitable for children under the age of 6.

Cancellation Policy:
A. NS - Culinary Experience will be the first to cancel/postpone a workshop at its sole discretion and with notice to the participant. Canceling/postponing a workshop will allow the participant to choose between a full refund or registering for the workshop at another time based on space availability.
Except, when an activity is canceled due to force majeure / security situation / ban on gatherings / pandemic or illness, in which case the activity will be canceled by NS - Culinary Experience, the customer will be able to register for the workshop at another time based on availability only.
B. If a participant wishes to cancel participation in the workshop, after having registered and paid in advance, they must notify us by sending an email to ns.niroffice@gmail.com.
C. In the event of a workshop cancellation by the participant with 7 days' notice prior to the workshop, the participant has the following options:
1. Exchange for another workshop (of equivalent value in terms of price), at an alternative date of your choosing.
By prior arrangement and based on availability.
You can postpone/change the date of participation in the workshop only once without the possibility of cancellation.
2. Receive a refund under the following conditions:
i. Participation in the workshop can be canceled, with advance notice only to the email address: ns.niroffice@gmail.com, up to 7 days before the original date, without cancellation fees, the money will be refunded in full.
ii. Cancellation of participation in the workshop less than 7 days and up to 3 days before the workshop date – a refund of the workshop fee in the amount of 50% of the workshop cost.
iii. Cancellation of participation in the workshop between 3 days and 1 day and on the day of the workshop itself will be charged the full cost of the workshop.

Warranty:
A. The workshop is not responsible for any damage, including bodily harm and/or loss and/or pocket shortfall, hereinafter referred to as: “damage of any kind” that may be caused to a participant and/or any third party as a result of an act and/or omission and/or negligence of the participant and/or any third party.
