In the workshop there are recipes that everyone prepares personally and some of the recipes are shared among the group members, but the entire workshop is practical and includes active experience. So what do you prepare in the workshop? - Pasta dough from scratch (white + red). - Preparing ricotta cheese from scratch for the pasta filling. - Creating pasta shapes: lasagna, tortellini, ravioli, fettuccine and more. - Sauces - Lemon cream, Rosa sauce (lasagna). - Carpaccio Caprese - Thinly sliced tomatoes, ricotta cheese, pesto and balsamic cream. - Cloudy focaccia topped with a variety of vegetables. - Fresh mushroom risotto. - Dessert: Classic tiramisu. The workshop is accompanied by red and white wines, warm sourdough breads, spices and a coffee stand. The workshop takes place in a small group, with personal attention and professional guidance throughout the activity, in addition, there will be telephone availability after the workshop, for any questions / consultation.
