The 'Pastry from the World' workshop invites you on a baking journey around the world, combining diverse flavors, cultures and styles. During the workshop, you will be exposed to creative techniques and professional principles in preparing unique pastries, in a practical, nurturing and fun atmosphere. Adapting the workshop to the home kitchen allows each participant to experience the magic of global baking and learn its basics. Our team of chefs bring with them years of experience and in-depth knowledge. Join us to discover flavors and methods that will illuminate your kitchen in a new and inspiring light. What is prepared in the workshop: - Yemen - Authentic Yemeni kuvna baked in a traditional kuvna pot. - Italy - Challah balls embedded with mozzarella cheese, confit garlic oil and herbs. - Turkey - Real Turkish burekas (including opening the dough) stuffed with spinach and cheeses. - Israel - Jerusalem sesame bagel sticks crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. - Hungary - Langos, a fried pastry covered in cream and garlic, a mountain of grated yellow cheese and chives. The workshop is accompanied by red and white wines, warm sourdough breads, spices and a coffee stand. The workshop takes place in a small group, with personal attention and professional guidance throughout the activity, in addition, there will be telephone availability after the workshop, for any questions / consultations. In the workshops there are recipes that everyone makes personally and some of the recipes are divided between the group members, but all workshops are practical and include active experimentation.
