The workshop is practical, participants prepare the dishes themselves. ***There may be recipes demonstrated by the leading chef. So what do you prepare in the workshop? - Making real Asli falafel from scratch. - Making pita bread from scratch and building a falafel dish. - Makluba with vegetables and spices. - Shishbark stuffed with mushrooms, chestnuts and pine nuts. - Sour yogurt sauce for shishbark. - Lentil and white fish mesbah. - Dessert - Knafe on a pan in rose water syrup. - Preparing the cheese for knafe from scratch.
