The course focuses on all the main topics of the world of baking and professional pastry, correct work processes, investigation and understanding of the various raw materials, innovative techniques and the secrets of the world's greatest chefs. The course will give participants self-confidence in the kitchen and a lot of theoretical and practical knowledge in the world of pastry. The course emphasizes professional work in the home kitchen, and is designed for people who want to specialize in the world of pastry and create desserts and pastries that will reap compliments every time. Each participant leaves each class with the products they prepared and a detailed recipe booklet. In addition, our team of chefs will be at your disposal, during and after the course, for any questions and consultations. Course start: 1/5/2024. Course duration: 7 sessions, (one lesson each week). Course days: Wednesdays. Cross hours: 6:00 PM. Length of each class: 3-4 hours. Course location: Nina Center, Elroy 1, Herzliya.
