A professional and experiential pastry course for children! The 10-session course offers a fun and enriching culinary experience for your child. In the course, children will learn to prepare a variety of recipes for pastries and desserts from the world of baking and pastry. The course lessons are taught by professional and experienced chefs, who will give your child the skills for success in the kitchen, while emphasizing fun and creativity. The course will teach: shortcrust pastry, meringues, soft cakes, sweet yeast, baking breads, puff pastry, chocolate, advanced chocolate, cup desserts, show cakes and more... ***Please note! - It is mandatory to arrive with long pants, closed shoes and hair tied back for those with long hair!! - Participation in the camp is over the age of 10. - Camp dates may change depending on the security situation or other constraints. - The opening of the camp is conditional on a minimum of 12 participants. - T.L.H. - At the end of the reservation, you confirm that your child is not sensitive to gluten / nuts / sesame, etc. - At the end of the reservation, you confirm that your child is over the age of 10.
