Cooking and baking camp for children during the summer holidays! Cooking and baking camp for children offers an enriching and fun culinary experience for your child! During the camp, children will learn to prepare a variety of dishes and sweets from a variety of cuisines from around the world, using high-quality and fresh ingredients. The workshops are taught by professional and experienced chefs in the field of cooking and baking, and focus on practical and fun learning. What do you learn during the camp? - Italian cooking: making pasta dough from scratch, fresh lasagna, polenta, panzanella salad, arancini, 3 types of sauces, focaccia and for dessert, decadent chocolate mousse! - Asian cooking: Preparing dishes from the Asian world, stir-fried rice, fried spring rolls, green curry stew, stuffed gyoza, buns and tapioca dessert in coconut milk and more... - Sushi preparation: During the lesson, the children will prepare the rice for sushi from scratch + seasoning, HOME MADE sauces such as teriyaki, spicy mayonnaise and more, will learn to roll the rolls (maki, inside out and tempura). - Pizza preparation and baking: Preparing pizza doughs based on sourdough and quick doughs, a variety of pizzas (classic Neapolitan, Biana and sweet pizzas), we will learn to knead the doughs, let them rise and bake in a special stone oven for pizzas. - Baking sweet yeast pastries: In this class, children will learn to prepare a variety of sweet yeast pastries such as: classic yeast cake, rugelach, cinnabon and more... * All practical lessons, the children prepare the dishes and products themselves. * Each lesson lasts about 3 hours. * At the end of the children from the meals and products they prepared. *** Please note!! - Participation in the camp is over the age of 10. - T.L.H. - Cross dates may change depending on the security situation or other constraints. - The opening of the course is conditional on a minimum of 12 participants. 2 cycles to choose from - July 2024 camp - Camp dates: 7/7/24-11/7/24.
