Cooking and baking camp for children during the Hanukkah vacation. The camp offers a fun and enriching culinary experience for your child. At the camp, children will learn to prepare a variety of recipes for dishes and desserts from a variety of cuisines from around the world. The camp lessons are taught by professional and experienced chefs, who will give your child the skills for success in the kitchen, while emphasizing fun and creativity. Camp content: Lesson 1 - Italian Cooking: During the Italian lesson, the children will prepare pasta dough from scratch, create different pasta shapes, sauces, focaccia, caprese salad, oven-roasted vegetables, and for dessert, a hot chocolate soufflé. Lesson 2 - Asian Cooking: In the Asian lesson, we will learn to prepare a variety of Asian dry dishes, spring rolls, stir-fried rice, stuffed gyozas, steamed buns, green curry stew, tapioca in Coke's milk, and more... Lesson 3 - Sushi: Your child will learn to prepare the rice for sushi from scratch + seasoning, properly handle the toppings, prepare HOME MADE sauces, roll maki rolls, inside out, tempura, and more... Lesson 4 - Pizzas: In this lesson we will focus on making classic pizzas based on sourdough and quick doughs, we will make classic Neapolitan pizzas, white pizza bianca and indulgent sweet pizzas, using a special stone oven for pizzas. Lesson 5 - Sweet Yeast: In this lesson we will teach your child how to prepare dough correctly, we will learn about correct rising processes and professional baking and we will prepare a variety of sweet yeast pastries, classic yeast cake, rugelach, sibnon and more...
