Preparation method: 1. In a frying pan, spread a layer of samana / butter. 2. Sprinkle an opaque layer of kadayif hairs on the butter. 3. Drizzle butter generously over the kadaif hairs again. 4. Then, sprinkle a nice layer of the cheese filling and drizzle melted butter again. 5. Sprinkle an even layer of kadaif hairs over the cheese, and finally drizzle melted butter again. 6. At the same time, boil all the ingredients for the sugar syrup. 7. Take the pan with the knafe and place over medium heat, fry for about 5 minutes until a beautiful golden hue is obtained. 8. Turn the knafe and continue frying for about 5 minutes until a beautiful golden hue is obtained. 9. Place the knafe on a serving plate and immediately pour generously with sugar syrup. 10.
