The recipe: 100 grams of milk. 15 grams of dry yeast. 200 grams of eggs. 5 grams of salt. 70 grams of sugar. 470 grams of flour. 250 grams of butter. Preparation: 1. In the bowl of the mixer with a dough hook, place all the ingredients except the butter and salt. 2. Start kneading on medium speed, until you get a uniform dough. 3. Gradually add the butter and knead for about 10 minutes, then add the salt and knead for about another minute. 4. Create a proofing chamber in the home oven, turn the oven on turbo mode, 50 degrees. 5. Remove the dough from the mixer, form a ball and transfer to a floured proofing bowl, cover with cling film and transfer to the oven to rise for an hour. 6. After an hour of rising, take out the dough and divide it into 50-gram balls, transfer to baking pans and rise in the oven a second time, about 20 minutes. 7. While rising, fill a piping bag with Nutella and beat an egg in a separate bowl. 8. When the dough has risen a second time, take it out of the oven, gently brush with an egg (so as not to damage the rising of the dough), and fill the dough balls with Nutella (demonstration in the video). 9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, turbo mode. 10. Put the dough in the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy ️️ Did you make it? Did it taste good? Did you take a picture?
