The recipe: Dough: 500 grams of flour. 5 grams of dry yeast. 15 grams of salt. 15 grams of olive oil. 310 grams of water. Olive oil for brushing. Coarse salt / Atlantic sea. Sauce: 2 pcs. tomato paste. 1 clove of crushed garlic. 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. 1/4 cup of water. Mix all ingredients together. Cheeses and toppings - of your choice: mozzarella, yellow cheese, parmesan, Bulgarian. Olives, mushrooms, corn, onion, tuna, etc. Preparation method: 1. In a mixer with a dough hook, place the flour, yeast, olive oil and water and knead at low speed - medium, about 7 minutes. 2. Then add the salt and knead for another 3 minutes. 3. Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and divide the dough into 100-150 gram pieces. 4. Form the dough into a sausage shape and transfer the dough to a floured proofing pan. 5. Let rise in the oven, with a bowl of boiling water at the bottom and at a temperature of 30-40 degrees, for 40 minutes. 6. After rising, remove the dough from the oven and open into a thin strip. 7. Spread the sauce in the middle of the dough and sprinkle with the cheeses and toppings. 8. Close the dough in the shape of a stick (it is important that there are no openings, otherwise the cheeses will come out of the dough), and transfer to a baking sheet with baking paper. 9. Spread the sticks with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. 10 Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, turbo mode + top and bottom heat, and wait for it to heat up well. 11.
