It's time to come to the East. We invite you to learn the secrets of Asian cuisine, with dozens of rich flavors and textures that only the locals know. Together we will bake, fry, cook and stir-fry street food and traditional dishes from ancient Asian cuisines. We emphasize full practical work by all participants and the preparation of all dishes. During the workshop, participants will taste and eat the dishes they have prepared. ***There may be recipes demonstrated by the host chef. So what will be prepared in the workshop: • Spring roll stuffed with vegetables and bean noodles. • Gyoza stuffed with salmon. • Indonesian sauce. • Making green curry from scratch in a mortar and pestle. • Green vegetable stew and white fish in curry and jasmine rice. • Steamed buns. • Steamed cabbage filling and miso paste for buns. • Dessert - tapioca in coconut milk and fresh fruit salad. The workshop is accompanied by red and white wines, warm sourdough breads, spices and a coffee stand. The workshop takes place in a small group, with personal attention and professional guidance throughout the activity, in addition, there will be telephone availability after the workshop, for any questions / consultation.
