Bring out the Japanese in you! Sushi - the dish that has become popular among the Israeli audience, the only workshop that will teach you to prepare and roll sushi like a master. The workshop is practical, participants prepare the dishes themselves, and at the end enjoy a pampering sushi meal. So what do you prepare in the workshop: - Sushi rice + seasoning. - Proper cutting and handling of toppings (vegetables + fresh salmon). - Preparation of sauces and toppings: teriyaki, spicy mayonnaise, tamago (Japanese omelet), tempura and more... - Sushi rolling technique: maki, inside out, tempura, sandwich and more... - Cutting the rolls professionally and serving in a modern presentation. The workshop is accompanied by red and white wines, warm sourdough breads, condiments and a coffee stand. The workshop takes place in a small group, with personal attention and professional guidance throughout the activity, in addition, there will be telephone availability after the workshop, for any questions / consultations. In the workshops, there are recipes that everyone makes personally and some of the recipes are shared among the group members, but all workshops are practical and include active experimentation.
