A celebration of Neapolitan pizzas! The workshop is practical, during which we will work with fresh, high-quality ingredients and at the end we will enjoy classic hot pizzas. Our team of chefs will guide and teach you about the different types of flour, yeast, long and short rises, working properly with pizza doughs and baking in a variety of ovens that will give you maximum success in making pizzas. So what do you prepare in the workshop? - Long-rising pizza doughs. - Short-rising pizza doughs. - Explanations about sourdoughs, rising, baking and the right temperature. - Neapolitan pizza - tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive oil, fresh basil and Parmesan. - Pizza Bianca - cream sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms and Parmesan. - Soft pizzas with a variety of toppings. - Sweet pizzas with a variety of addictive spreads and toppings. The workshop is accompanied by red and white wines, warm sourdough breads, spices and a coffee stand. The workshop takes place in a small group, with personal attention and professional guidance throughout the activity, in addition, there will be telephone availability after the workshop, for any questions / consultations. In the workshops there are recipes that everyone makes personally and some of the recipes are divided between the group members, but all workshops are practical and include active experimentation.
